Motor on the garage door failed on a Saturday night leaving the car stuck inside- we couldn't even change the door over to manual use. Not only did they answer their phone late on a Saturday night, they had someone out the next day (a Sunday) and sorted the problem, enabling the tenant to get her car out in time to get to work. Reasonable price was quoted and is what was invoiced. Would happily recommend and use again.
